Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
Add the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken and seasoning.
Pour the chicken broth around the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker. Stir to combine with the sauce.
Serve hot over rice, noodles, or with your favorite sides.
