  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 0.25 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheddar cheese.
