  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn cooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Grill the chicken breast on a preheated grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
