  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Or any leafy green of your choice.
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped Fresh cilantro for garnish.
  • 0.5 cup southwest dressing Use your favorite brand or homemade.
