Queso Taco Bombs: Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Bites
These queso taco bombs wrap seasoned beef, warm queso, and cheddar in biscuit dough for a golden, dippable appetizer.

Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and stir in the taco seasoning with the water called for on its packet. Cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit into a round. Add a spoonful of queso, a little beef, and cheddar to the center.
Pull the dough edges over the filling and pinch firmly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and bake 16 to 18 minutes, until puffed and golden. Finish with cilantro if using.
Notes
Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
