  • 0.75 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in evaporated milk.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of evaporated milk.
