Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full and sprinkle with crumb topping.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
