Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
