Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Tear the pumpkin bread into bite-sized pieces and place in a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Pour the liquid mixture over the bread pieces and let sit for 10 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set.
Notes
