Protein Scotcheroos

A delicious and protein-packed twist on classic Scotcheroos, perfect for a satisfying snack or dessert.

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cups peanut butter
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup protein powder Vanilla or chocolate flavored
  • 0.5 cups chopped nuts Pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, brown sugar, protein powder, and nuts. Mix well.
  • Stir in butterscotch chips.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
