Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, brown sugar, protein powder, and nuts. Mix well.
Stir in butterscotch chips.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
