Pretzels and Cheese Dip

A simple and delicious warm cheese dip perfect for serving with pretzels.

  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the softened cream cheese and milk over medium heat. Whisk until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the dip is smooth.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Continue to cook and stir for another 5 minutes, or until the dip has reached your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately with pretzels.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. This dip is best served warm.
