Preparation Steps
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
Add sliced apples to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of butter to the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
