Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 pork chops boneless or bone-in, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for the grill grates
Instructions
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 1 tablespoon for the grates
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
4 pork chops, boneless or bone-in, about 1 inch thick
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium bowl until smooth.
Pierce the pork chops all over with a fork and place them in a large resealable bag.
Pour in the marinade, press out excess air, seal the bag, and massage it so every chop is coated.
