- 2 tbsp butter for spreading
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup marinara sauce
- 4-6 slices pepperoni optional
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese optional, for sprinkling
Step 1: Prepare the Bread

On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, spread about 1 tbsp marinara sauce.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the sauce.
Add ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and top with 2-3 slices of pepperoni.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
