Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine crushed pineapple, sugar, and flour. Stir well.
Add milk and butter to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
