  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, combine crushed pineapple, sugar, and flour. Stir well.
  • Add milk and butter to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
