  • 1 lb bacon thick-cut is preferred
  • 8 oz sausage spicy or mild
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the bacon in half and wrap each piece around a sausage slice to form a cup.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Fill each bacon cup with the cheese mixture.
  • Place the pig shots on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.

Notes

These pig shots can be prepared a day ahead. Reheat before serving.
