Pierogi casserole

This easy pierogi casserole is a comforting and delicious dish. It combines the flavors of pierogies, cheese, and savory toppings for a satisfying meal.

  • 1 package frozen pierogies
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook pierogies according to package directions.
  • In a bowl, combine sour cream, melted butter, and cheddar cheese.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer cooked pierogies, followed by the sour cream mixture and chopped onions.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
