Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook steak, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain any excess grease.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in provolone cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the steak and vegetable mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or vegetables for dipping.
