Philly cheesesteak dip

A cheesy and delicious dip that tastes just like a Philly cheesesteak!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Thinly sliced steak Ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook steak, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain any excess grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in provolone cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the steak and vegetable mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or vegetables for dipping.
