Philly cheesesteak casserole

A comforting and flavorful casserole featuring thinly sliced steak, melted cheese, and onions.

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the steak and onions until the steak is browned and the onions are softened.
  • Transfer the steak and onions to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour beef broth over the steak and onions.
  • Top with provolone cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
