Main Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the steak and onions until the steak is browned and the onions are softened.
Transfer the steak and onions to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour beef broth over the steak and onions.
Top with provolone cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
