Peppermint Mocha

This Peppermint Mocha combines rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint flavors to create the perfect holiday beverage.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk Whole milk or any preferred milk alternative
  • 1 cup brewed espresso
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint syrup Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 whipped cream for topping Optional
  • 1 pinch crushed candy canes For garnish, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a small saucepan, combine the milk, cocoa powder, peppermint syrup, and sugar.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring until the cocoa powder and sugar are fully dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and add the brewed espresso. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the peppermint mocha into mugs and top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if desired.

Notes

For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint syrup to your liking.
