Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, cocoa powder, peppermint syrup, and sugar.
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the cocoa powder and sugar are fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and add the brewed espresso. Stir to combine.
Pour the peppermint mocha into mugs and top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if desired.
Notes
For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint syrup to your liking.
