Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in chopped pecans and spread mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
These bars are even more delicious with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
