Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars

A delightful fusion of pecan pie and cheesecake, these bars are perfect for any dessert lover looking for a unique treat.

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in chopped pecans and spread mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

These bars are even more delicious with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
