Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until creamy.
Gradually mix in the flour, then fold in the chopped pecans.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Notes
You can add a dash of cinnamon for extra warmth and flavor.
