  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

  • Line two 12-cup muffin pans with paper or silicone liners.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, mix together peanut butter, honey, and salt until fully blended and smooth.
  • Gently stir puffed rice cereal into the peanut butter mixture, coating all pieces.
  • Divide the cereal mix among lined muffin cups, pressing each to form a sturdy base.
  • Melt chocolate chips over low heat until smooth and glossy.
  • Spoon melted chocolate over the cereal base in each cup, spreading evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is set.
  • Remove liners to serve and enjoy.

Notes

For variety, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate. Store in the fridge to keep the chocolate firm.
