Preparation Steps
Line two 12-cup muffin pans with paper or silicone liners.
In a saucepan over low heat, mix together peanut butter, honey, and salt until fully blended and smooth.
Gently stir puffed rice cereal into the peanut butter mixture, coating all pieces.
Divide the cereal mix among lined muffin cups, pressing each to form a sturdy base.
Melt chocolate chips over low heat until smooth and glossy.
Spoon melted chocolate over the cereal base in each cup, spreading evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is set.
Remove liners to serve and enjoy.
Notes
For variety, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate. Store in the fridge to keep the chocolate firm.
