Preparation Steps
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and place the pretzels in a single layer.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter for 30 seconds. Stir well.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter across the pretzels and place them in the refrigerator to set for 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled peanut butter pretzels.
Dust with powdered sugar to finish and let sit until chocolate sets completely.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Add a pinch of salt if using unsweetened sunflower seed butter.
