Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate Rice Krispies

A delightful no-bake treat combining creamy peanut butter and crunchy chocolate rice krispies.

  • 1.5 cups peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Mix well.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  • Add melted chocolate and Rice Krispies to the peanut butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
