  • Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar or container.
  • Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  • In the morning, top with berries and enjoy!

Notes

Add any toppings you like! Nuts, seeds, and fruit are all great options.
