Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Pour the chocolate chips into an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
Pour heavy cream evenly over chocolate chips.
Top with marshmallows, covering the chocolate chips.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
Let cool slightly before serving with graham crackers.

Serve immediately for the best gooey texture. Be careful, the skillet will be hot!
