  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 0.25 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well with your hands.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the burgers are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Serve on your favorite buns with desired toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef mixture.
