Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well with your hands.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the burgers are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Serve on your favorite buns with desired toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef mixture.
