Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and brush to coat the pork chops evenly.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the tops and sides of the pork chops.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use an instant-read thermometer and remove the pork chops when the thickest part reaches 145°F.
