Oreo Cupcakes

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with liners.
In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the creamed mixture. Fold in crushed Oreos.
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
Notes
Serve these cupcakes with a dollop of whipped cream and a mini Oreo on top for decoration.
