One Skillet Salmon with Lemon Orzo
A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring succulent salmon fillets and tangy lemon orzo, perfect for a quick dinner.

zested and juiced

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes.
Flip salmon and sear for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add orzo, chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest.
Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve salmon on top of lemon orzo.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional lemon slices.
