Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and oats until combined.
Stir in butterscotch chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
