  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

  • Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
