  • 1.5 cups rolled oats use gluten-free oats if needed
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter can substitute with almond butter
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips mini or regular size
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and honey. Mix well until combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
