These no-bake energy bites are perfect for a quick snack. Packed with oats, peanut butter, and honey, they provide a boost of energy!

  • 0.5 cups peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • 0.25 cups honey
  • 0.5 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  • Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to roll the mixture into balls.
  • Place energy bites on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
