Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Bites

These no-bake energy bites are a perfect healthy snack to have on the go!

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats Old-fashioned oats work best.
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter Use creamy or chunky based on preference.
  • 0.3 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup flaxseed meal Adds extra fiber and nutrients.
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips Optional, for an extra treat.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into small balls.
  • Place the energy bites on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Store energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
