Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and flaxseed meal.
  • Use a spoon or your hands to mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
