  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

  • In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add rolled oats and mini chocolate chips; stir until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Place energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
