Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Delicious and easy no-bake energy bites packed with peanut butter, oats, and chocolate chips.

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats Use gluten-free if preferred.
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy.
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
