  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips use mini chocolate chips for better distribution
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Preparation Steps

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir together until thoroughly combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in size.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
