  • 1.5 cups rolled oats old-fashioned oats work best
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 0.3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips optional

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out mixture and roll into small balls.
  • Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
