Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Bites

These delicious and easy-to-make energy bites are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.

  • 1 cup rolled oats Old-fashioned oats work best
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips optional

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.
  • Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls using your hands.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
