Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.
Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls using your hands.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
