No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Store the peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
