No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

This easy no-bake recipe combines chocolate and peanut butter into delicious bite-sized treats that are perfect for any occasion.

  • 1.5 cups peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Store the peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
