Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in sugar and milk until dissolved and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips until smooth.
Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 inch pan and chill until set.
