Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Toss cooked noodles with the beef mixture. Drizzle sesame oil over and toss until well combined.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
