Mint Chocolate Fudge

This recipe creates a rich and refreshing mint chocolate fudge. Perfect for a cool treat!

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and stir in mint extract and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
