Mini Meatloaf Muffins

These mini meatloaf muffins are easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs preferably seasoned
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup ketchup

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  • Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf muffin.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner version.
