These delicious mini cheeseburger sliders with sriracha mayo are perfect for gatherings and casual get-togethers. They're packed with flavor and sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat. While heating, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then gently form into 12 small patties. Aim for slightly larger than the buns to allow for shrinkage during cooking.
Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute to melt.
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or a separate pan until golden brown.
To assemble, spread a generous layer of sriracha mayo on the inner sides of each bun. Place the cheesy patty on the bottom half, and top with arugula, red onion slices, and the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, consider marinating the patties in your favorite sauce mix before cooking.
