  • 1.5 pounds ground beef 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 12 slider buns split
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced

Herb Aioli

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into small patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to make the herb aioli.
  • Toast the slider buns lightly in the oven or on a skillet.
  • Assemble sliders by spreading herb aioli on the bottom bun, adding a beef patty, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. Top with the other half of the bun.

Notes

Modify the amount of garlic in the aioli according to taste. Ensure you use fresh, high-quality ground beef for the best flavor.
