Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to make the herb aioli.
Toast the slider buns lightly in the oven or on a skillet.
Assemble sliders by spreading herb aioli on the bottom bun, adding a beef patty, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. Top with the other half of the bun.
