Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
Spread salsa evenly over each tortilla.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, and green chilies (if using).
